We started Malta Recruit because we'd both been on the wrong side of a bad hiring process — and we knew there was a better way.
Our Story
Founded in 2021, Malta Recruit was born from frustration. Our founders had spent years watching talented people get passed over because of bad processes, and watching companies miss out on great hires because they moved too slowly.
We set out to build something different: a recruitment platform that puts people first. One that treats candidates like humans, not applicant tracking system entries.
Today, we've helped over 2,400 people find roles they love, and partnered with more than 120 companies who share our values.
