Customer Success Manager

About the Role

Join our Customer Success team to help our enterprise clients get the most out of our platform. You will own a portfolio of accounts and be the primary point of contact for renewals, expansions, and health.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 30–50 enterprise accounts
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal for each account
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Act as voice of the customer internally
  • Coordinate escalations with support and engineering

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms
  • SaaS background preferred
