About the Role
Join our Customer Success team to help our enterprise clients get the most out of our platform. You will own a portfolio of accounts and be the primary point of contact for renewals, expansions, and health.
Responsibilities
- ✓Own a portfolio of 30–50 enterprise accounts
- ✓Drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal for each account
- ✓Identify expansion and upsell opportunities
- ✓Act as voice of the customer internally
- ✓Coordinate escalations with support and engineering
Requirements
- •3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- •Track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets
- •Excellent relationship management skills
- •Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms
- •SaaS background preferred
