About the Role
A well-known hotel in Sliema is seeking a friendly and organised Hotel Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, reservations, and enquiries with a warm, professional approach.
Responsibilities
- ✓Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- ✓Handle phone and email enquiries and reservations
- ✓Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- ✓Process payments and manage billing
- ✓Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Requirements
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Basic computer literacy (email, booking systems)
- •Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- •Professional appearance and positive demeanour
- •Fluent in English; Maltese or other languages are an asset
